Hi Everyone,

I just want to verify that the pre-meet meal today will be paid by the East Lake Swim and Dive Booster Club. This includes non Booster members. We understand that this meal was put together last minute and with all the hullabaloo, we have decided to make it simple. We are excited about the meet tonight and hope that everyone is in good spirits!!

In regard to the rest of the season, we are still looking forward to those volunteers who can host a pre-meet meal where parents can bring the food and drop off there swimmers for some great team building. Please check out the Sign-Up-Genius to see where you can help out. This way all the swimmers get food after school, since they haven’t had lunch since about 10:30 and they do not warm-up in the pool until 5:00pm.

The meals should be geared around healthy eating habits, vegetables, fruits, salads, pasta and chicken. Deserts are not on the meal request because we do not agree with eating alot of sugar prior to a meet. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact any one of us from the Booster club, or Coach Rob & Coach Eric.
