PCAC’s WAS A HUGE SUCCESS FOR OUR TEAM!!
Congratulations to the Boys and Girls teams! We had personal records and awesome swims all around! The ELHS Boys came in 3rd overall. The ELHS Girls placed 5th overall and combined ELHS came in 5th overall. Big Huge Thank you to all our volunteers who brought the snacks for the swimmers! Looks like it helped out to swim fast!

Tina Williams (ELHS Football Boosters) also volunteered, however she was unable to make it due to the fact that her nephew Jaquez Welch had collapsed during Northeast High School football game and has now been taken off life support. All our prayers go out to Tina and Jaquez’s family in this extremely tragic time. We have donated all our tips to the family. Tomorrow at the parent meeting, we will be sending a hat around for Jaquez’s family where you can contribute too if you would like. That said, these parents worked their tails off!! This team will have brought in around $1500 plus to put toward our banquet at the end of the season!!! Thank you for all your hard work!! Our next game is in November. Wednesday is our next Away meet. 9/25/2019
This is a special day because of team pictures. All Swimmers need to report to the Lansbrook YMCA at 2:30. If you are not able to make it by 2:30 because of Dual enrollment, please get there asap. Team pictures will be taken after individual pictures. Parents, the picture packages that are available are attached to this email. Swimmers do not forget to drop off your goody bag at Tonya Kistner’s Classroom #2215 before school, Pickup is during lunch.
Swimmers: 2:30-4:30pm: Individual pictures and team pictures
Pre-meet lunch pickup at YMCA
Bus: 4:45 leaves for the Long Center
Meet starts at 6pm $5 entry fee at the Long Center

THIS SEPTEMBER IS JUST SWIMMING BY SO FAST!!
Can you believe that we are already half way through our season?! Our swimmers are doing great! Thanks to all our wonderful parents!! I know that it has been busy, but we are doing great!! Wednesday is our next home meet. 9/18/2019
Pre-meet meals will be at San’s Pizzeria at 2:30. Booster members and non-booster members who have already volunteered for a Buccaneer games are complimentary. Non-booster Members will need to pay $5.
Meet starts at 6pm
Swimmers: 4:30pm for set up and warm up.
Volunteers: Timers 5:30pm
Concessions: 5:15pm

PINELLAS COUNTY ATHLETIC CHAMPIONSHIPS SATURDAY 9/21/2019
This is a prelim, final meet. Please have your swimmer at the meet by 6:45 and in the pool for warm-ups by 7:00am. The top 16 will come back for the finals session. Top eight make the finals, 9-16 will be in the consolation heat. If you are an alternate, you do need to come back for finals. Warm ups for finals is at 4pm and the meet will start at 5pm.

The ELHS Swim & Dive Booster Club will be providing water and Gatorade for the swimmers who are attending. Please check out the psych sheet to see the events they are swimming. WOW!!! What a busy week we had! Awesome job swimmers at the SPIRIT MEET!! It’s so good to see everyone come together and cheer for the team! Both Boys and Girls Teams came in 5th overall! Combined they came in 6th!! Way to go team!!
