I have some great information regarding the State Championship meet this evening! For all the parents & swimmers who have been invited to attend, I have alot of infor for you.

I am attaching the meet letter to this email. It does have alot of information. I can only attach one docuement so I will send the Dive meet letter separately.

Tickets are on sale. They are less money if you prepay then if you pay when you get there. The price is $9 prepaid per session. If you do not prepay, you will have to pay for finals and that will be $12 per person. There is also a $10 parking fee.

Also Team jackets have been ordered!! There is a $25 per jacket. They were $52 and we are going to have them embroidered with names and school info, State Championship etc. Due to the lack of fundraising, we are asking each family to provide $25. Please give your check or cash to Payton or Coach Rob by the end of the week. This is very exciting for the boys as they have worked very hard all season to be able to make it to the State Championship meet!!

The hotels are paid, for the athletes and the coaches. I have confirmation numbers for the families. Please call or text me and I will give you your number for you to check in. The cost is between $80.10-$89-10 plus tax per room. It was an amazing find as most of the hotels near the pool have been gobbled up already!! the next price up was $150.00!! I was also blessed to get a block of 16 rooms so that our team will all be together!

I am working on the itinerary! Getting options for Team Dinner and so and and so forth. I will be reaching out and giving more information throughout the week.

If you have not already filled out the application to work the concession stand at the Super Bowl held at the Raymond James Stadium in January, please do so tonight! Tonight is the DEADLINE!!

I have attached the application. Please follow the instructions on the application. Including email the application directly to chelmstetter@legends.net
You will also need to take a picture of yourself and send it to Cathy Helmstetter along with your application. When you take the photo, please do not wear a hat, no glare if you are wearing glasses, and have a lighter background. Just like when you take you picture at the DMV. Do not submit a copy of your Driver’s License though.

This is our only fundraiser this year. It will be in January. We are looking to have about 20-30 volunteers. Right now we only have 10. Thank you to those who have already sent in your applications.

Tomorrow afternoon, we will attend the 2020 Regional Meet for the Girls and Boys Swim teams!

Congratulations to Paul Comini who dove his heart out at the Regional Dive Championships on Wednesday! He came in 2nd overall with a score of 329.80. He will be advanced to the State Championship meet next week!!

Team IP will sell meet t-shirts at/near the concession stand.~

Upon entry to the meet, spectators must wear a mask and show proof of ticket purchase (either a printout of confirmation or on their phone).
They will receive a wristband upon their first entry to the facility.

Spectators are allowed in the bleachers to watch your child compete and then leave for other parents to enter. This needs to work (and has been working) so please inform your parents.
